These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the New Visa Express website (www.newvisaexpress.com) and our education consultancy services. By using our website, visiting our office, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.
Our Services
New Visa Express provides education consultancy services including student counseling, university selection and admission assistance, scholarship guidance, document preparation, visa application filing, interview training and pre-departure support.
No Visa Guarantee: Visa decisions rest solely with embassies, high commissions and immigration authorities. New Visa Express prepares and submits applications to the highest professional standard, but we cannot and do not guarantee visa approval, university admission, or scholarship awards. Any agent claiming a “guaranteed visa” is misleading you.
Client Responsibilities
To provide our services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate and truthful information and documents
- Disclose your full travel and visa history, including any previous refusals
- Submit required documents within the timelines we communicate
- Pay applicable fees (university, embassy, service charges) on schedule
- Attend appointments, biometrics and interviews as scheduled
Fraudulent documents end our service immediately. If a client provides forged, altered or fraudulent documents or conceals material information (such as a prior visa refusal), New Visa Express will terminate services without refund and bears no responsibility for the consequences. We only work with genuine applications.
Fees, Payments & Refunds
- Our service charges are communicated clearly before any engagement begins
- Third-party fees (university application fees, tuition deposits, embassy/visa fees, IELTS fees, courier charges) are separate from our service charges and are non-refundable by us, as they are paid to external organizations
- Service charge refund terms are defined in your individual service agreement, signed at engagement
- Work already completed (counseling, document preparation, submitted applications) is non-refundable
A visa refusal by an embassy does not automatically entitle a client to a refund of service charges, as our service is professional preparation and submission — not the decision itself. Specific refund terms are stated in your signed service agreement.
Processing Times
University admission and visa processing times are controlled by universities, embassies and visa centers — not by New Visa Express. Timelines we share are estimates based on experience and official guidance, and actual processing may take longer due to factors beyond our control (embassy backlogs, additional document requests, security checks, policy changes).
Limitation of Liability
- New Visa Express is not liable for visa refusals, admission rejections, or scholarship denials made by third parties
- We are not liable for losses arising from changes in immigration rules, university policies, tuition fees or exchange rates
- We are not liable for delays caused by embassies, universities, visa centers or courier services
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the service charges actually paid to us by the client
Information on our website (tuition costs, visa requirements, work rights, scholarship details) is provided as general guidance and may change at any time. Always confirm current requirements with our counselors before making decisions — official embassy and university sources prevail.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, guides, designs, logo and branding — is the property of New Visa Express. You may not copy, reproduce or republish our content without written permission.
Third-Party Links

Governing Law
