What happens during and after your studies
Students can work up to 20 hours/week during studies and full-time during vacations. After graduation, the Graduate Route allows 2 years of unrestricted work (3 for PhD). Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is a common path to long-term settlement.

Dependants are allowed only for postgraduate research programs (PhD/research master’s) and government-sponsored students. Taught master’s students generally cannot bring dependants under current rules.
Full first-year tuition (minus any deposit paid) plus living costs — £1,023/month outside London or £1,334/month in London, for up to 9 months. Funds must be held for 28 consecutive days.
